As Philadelphia’s local cheese liaison, I’m thrilled to deliver straight-forward service and a one-stop shopping experience that works for you.  

After nearly 20 years of connecting chefs and shops with our region’s farmers, I understand what gets in the way of sourcing local. I make it easier to offer the best cheese from the region on your menu or in your display case.

Third Wheel Cheese Company works directly with dairy farmers and cheesemakers to source the highest quality cheeses of our region.

Ordering from our weekly, curated list makes it simple to source a wide selection – and ease and convenience are paramount in all aspects of our service.  

For example, new clients are often surprised to learn I am happy to break wheels or don’t require cash on delivery. Not sure which cheeses would add delicious variety to your menu or a unique twist to your usual shop offerings?  I love assisting in your selection process, serving as your creative sounding board, or stepping in to trouble-shoot issues of inventory, availability, or cheese care. I will even do my very best to accommodate late orders (although I’ll always send a personal reminder if I suspect ordering has slipped your mind).

Whether you are the buyer for a large national retailer or the chef-owner of a 50-seat restaurant, I enjoy the challenge of adapting our service to suit your needs – not the other way around.

And as the one dealing directly with the cheesemaker, I enable you to focus your time, energy, and creativity on creating an exceptional experience for your customer.
